The hotel is located on 13th and 14th floor of a commercial building. We took the biggest room in the hotel and it came with direct view of the 101 tower. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and had separate toilet and bathing area which was good. Staff not exactly welcoming and was going through the motion. The hotel offer free coffee and some snack throughout the day in the lobby area which was nice touch. Location was great, walking distance to a lot of the malls. Will stay again for the locations

We booked the corner suite with amazing views of Taipei 101 Pros Good value for money Really comfortable bed and pillows Free laundry All staff members very helpful and friendly The included breakfast was a nice touch. Enough for what you needed for breakfast and it was great just being able to pick it up from the reception Great location; Daan is a really safe, upmarket but residential suburb. Lots of places to eat out and shop at. MRT one minute away Cons Really small bathroom Really small bath Low ceiling throughout the property If you are claustrophobic this is not the place for you

It is located in a very convenient location, friendly staff, and good price performer. Room is small but has most of everything you need like regular hotel. They have mostly no window rooms and only 4 with windows. I definitely would recommend getting a room with window. It is in the 14th floor inside a business building so you do get some view. Very simple breakfast options but there are many places near by to get something you like. Would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and located right in the heart of the Zhongxiao district, making it very convenient to access various eateries, malls, and shops. The room interiors look tidy and modern, with a small lounge area and a kitchen where you can enjoy free coffee and snacks. They also provided free access to washing machines and dryers. Some of the front desk staff are very helpful, recommending must-try eateries and assisting with directions. However there are few things we would like to comment.The MRT entrance is right in front of the hotel, but it takes another 5 minutes to walk from the entrance to the actual train station. In our opinion, the bed was a bit too soft. One of the male staff members (we didn't get his name, but he wore big round glasses) was very unhelpful and rude. When we asked him if there were any nice places to eat near the hotel, he simply told us to Google it. Additionally, our room's air conditioner was still extremely cold even when we turned the temperature up to 32°C. When we asked for help, he said that the air conditioner was like that and there wasn't much he could do. Fortunately, another female staff member overheard our conversation and quickly came to our room to check the temperature. She even provided us with an extra heater to warm up the room. If we come back to Taipei next time, we will probably choose a different hotel to stay in.

I was staying at this hotel back in January 2020. On the first night, i only managed to secure a room with no window. However, on the second night till the end of my stay, i got a bigger room with window. Overall, this hotel is value for money, and the service was good too. if you book directly from the hotel website, you will also get a chance to redeem a gift. There is a small so called cafe serving free coffee / tea / biscuits. The hotel provides breakfast, you can choose from the menu (Either MOS burger selection or local taiwanese breakfast) , however, you need to inform the reception by 7pm everyday to order for the next morning breakfast. They can arrange to send the breakfast to your room too. There is entrance # 11 to the metro station, Zhong Xiao Fu Xing, in front of the hotel (However, it is accessible only by staircase). this hotel is located at 14th floor, it is the same building with Ding Hao Complex .
